- Review of pertinent documents, including contract documents, construction contractor’s certificate of insurance, waivers of lien, bonds, consents of surety, ect., to protect the interests of the client.
- Preparation of scope of remedial work to correct conditions discovered during on-site assessments.
- Detailed determination of compliance with American with Disabilities Act, Uniform Accessibility Standard, Fair Housing Act and development of compliance scope of work and estimate of cost.
- Detailed electrical service load studies to determine service adequacy.
- In-depth asphalt and concrete paving systems analysis.
- Complete roofing system analysis.
- Dangerous wind speeds and snow loading analysis.
- Expert witness and/or consultation for arbitration and court litigation.
- Development of Operations and Maintenance Plans (O&M’s).
